- Small
Groups—We believe disciples are made in and
through relationships— the vast majority of our
worshipping congregation is in a relational small
group.
- Missional—We
are part of the growing “missional church”
movement in North America that believes that mission is
not a church “program,” but rather a way of
life for disciples of Jesus. We believe that Christ himself
has sent us to complete the same mission on which His
Father sent him.
- Downtown—We
believe the Lord calls us to remain in downtown Visalia.
This has led to amazing opportunities for outreach, such
as our Washington
Neighborhood Ministry and the 210
project.
- Five Generations—Rather
than market our worship, music, and ministry to one generation,
we feel called to genuinely include people across the
board—five generations are all actively involved
in our church family.
- Leadership—We
don’t just talk about giving people real responsibility—we
do it! Our church is run by a Leadership Community comprising
more than 80 lay leaders.
