Our church is led by Elders, elected by the congregation
to each serve three-year terms as our spiritual leaders.
Together our 12 Elders are called “the Session,”
and are charged by the congregation with the spiritual,
financial and administrative leadership of our church family.
Each Elder also leads a Council that has responsibility
for a portion of God’s work in and through First Pres.
Our nine Councils and the Children’s Ark Learning
Center Board are where the “rubber meets the road”
in planning and organizing our church life. Any of the below

I am filled with excitement and joy as the Family Ministry Council develops and promotes new and unique ways to draw and retain new families at First Pres. Our focus is encouraging all families to build deeper relationships with Christ during their personal family time away from corporate worship. I love First Pres because of our Pastors, people and the opportunity to retain a traditional Sunday morning service! |
