We will have a high percentage of our people knowledgeable about their spiritual gifts and consciously employing them in ministry, offering everyone opportunities to make a real contribution.

We will increasingly become a "mission-outpost" in our society, with a growing percentage of our people acting on the calling of God to minister outside our church walls.
