Our Leadership Community includes all the leaders of our many small groups who have spiritual and relational care and oversight for some of our church family members. We currently have about 40 small group leaders, who are by far the largest contingent in our Leadership Community.

Leaders of various groups such as Stephen Ministry, Seniors, Children’s Ark Learning Center, and our other ministries are also part of our Leadership Community.
