How Can a Church of Over 600 Feel Like a Family?
We believe the relationships within a small group are core to our vision of being a relationship-centered church. Therefore, small groups are central to our church life. About 80% of our worshipping church family is already in a small group. We hope you will join them!!

Here at First Pres you'll find a wide variety of small groups for various ages and life stages, yet we hope every group strives for four biblical goals that move us forward in our purpose of becoming "authentic disciples of Jesus Christ:"

The Four Objectives of Our Small Groups
Growth: Growing in our understanding of the Bible and applying it to our daily lives.
Service: Discovering and using our unique spiritual gifts to serve one another, both in the group and the larger church family and community.
Caring: Rejoicing, celebrating, crying, and praying with one another in a genuine community called to "share one another's burdens.”
Outreach: Expecting our group to multiply into new groups as we invite and welcome new people into our group.
