If relationships are the “life blood” flowing through our veins and arteries at First Pres, then our Worship and Small Groups are together the “heart” that pumps the blood!

We look forward to gathering for worship and believe our worship should be about God—not us! Therefore, we constantly remind ourselves that whatever we “get out of worship” will be a by-product of how genuinely we praise and honor our Lord.

Prayer is a major part of our worship life. In addition to many prayer opportunities during worship, we have prayer partners in a room off our sanctuary praying for you throughout both our worship services. They are always eager to receive your written prayer requests during the service, or to pray with you personally after worship is over.

Because we are a five generation church, we have accepted the challenge to offer an eclectic blend of worship experiences that reach out to different age groups. We work hard at offering equally high quality in both traditional and contemporary formats.
