Our commitment to mission is motivated by the Great Commission, Jesus’ command to “go and make disciples of all nations,” and by the Great Commandment, to “love your neighbor as yourself.”
This commitment is expressed both through our financial support and by the hands-on help we give to a variety of missions:
Visalia Emergency Aid Council: This nonprofit organization assists low-income people in the community with their needs for food, clothing, and shelter.
Warehouse Ministries: This nonprofit ministry near downtown Visalia provides clothing, toiletries and other assistance to the homeless.
Living Water World Missions: This nonprofit ministry shares the good news of Jesus Christ by providing life-saving, “living” water to people in need throughout the world. They develop mission teams to deploy throughout the world to install clean water filter systems designed to produce sufficient clean drinking water for an entire community.
CRM Ministries | David and Kim Zovak: The Zovaks minister in Australia with CRM Missions, seeking to provide training and support for Christian leaders while looking for opportunities to reach out to their community. In Australia, less than 10% of Aussies have any church connection.
Presbyterian Mission Agency | Dustin and Sherri Ellington: Rev. Dr. Dustin & Sherri Ellington serve with the Presbyterian Church (USA) in Zambia. They are assigned to Justo Mwale Theological College. Dustin teaches New Testament Greek and preaching, while Sherri assists with the Women’s Ministry program.

Eagles Nest: This nonprofit ministry is committed to providing quality Creation education leading to better environmental integrity and conservation. It works to engage, inspire, and empower the faith community to adhere to our God-given calling to be stewards and protectors of our earth’s environment and natural resources—God’s creative works.
Calvin Crest: Calvin Crest is a Presbyterian conference center/youth retreat in Sierras near Yosemite. Its mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ, practice biblical hospitality, invite people to experience and know God’s creation, and partner with peacemakers to bring health and wholeness.
Treasures of Heaven: Treasures of Heaven has been meeting for over 13 years, once a week, for an after-school Bible Club in the Washington School neighborhood. Our focus is children in grades 1-6, sharing "The Good News" through stories, music, drama, games, and crafts.
